私たちは、浜松市内の中山間地域の文化、食文化や伝統文化を伝えます。自然に育まれた特産品や文化を伝える多様な活動を通して、地域の経済、及び社会・文化的活性化に貢献します。

 

 COMMUNICATE

We communicate the greatness of local culture and traditional foods found in peripheral and rural areas to people in the cities to make a contribution to local economic, social and cultural revitalization.

これまでの活動  Past activities

 

①伝統芸能の継承
A) 勝坂神楽
2015年：祭礼当日に参加。
2016年：8月の1ヶ月間、勝坂で舞を練習し、神楽で舞（道中舞・）に参加
2017年：8月の1ヶ月間、勝坂で舞を練習し、神楽で舞（道中舞・）に参加
　　　　女子学生は活坂神楽、400年の歴史のなかで初めて、お囃子として参加する。
B) 川名のひよんどり
2016年：男子学生4人がひどりに、女子学生2人が舞（はらみ舞と老婆の舞）に参加
2017年：男子学生2人がひどりに、女子学生2人が舞（はらみ舞と老婆の舞）に参加

私たちが地域のみなさまから教わった、舞やお囃子は、次の大学生に伝えて、発信していくことで、地域の伝統芸能を守る活動を共にさせていただきたいと思います。より多くの若者が参加ができるようにツアーを募りたいと思います。

① Heritage of traditional performing arts

​

A)  Katsusaka Kagura Festival

In 2015：Three male HGU students performed the traditional dance on a day during the festival.

In 2016：Six male HGU students practiced the traditional dance (Dokyu-dance and Nusa-dance) for a month and danced during the festival.

In 2017：Eight male HGU students practiced the traditional dance (Dokyu-dance and Nusa-dance) for a month and danced during the festival.

Two female students played the bamboo flute as musicians for the first time ever in the history of the Katsusaka Kagura Festival.

B) Hiyondori Festival

In 2016：Four male students performed a Hidori dance and 2 female students performed dances (Harami-dance and Rouba-dance)

In 2017：Four male students performed a Hidori dance and 2 female students also performed dances (Harami-dance and Rouba-dance)

②ガレットの開発
オーガニックそばの実の栽培
そばの実は、干ばつの状態では難しいが、乾いた土地でも育ちます。そばの実は、少ない肥料でも育つために、そばの生産者もほとんど肥料をやることはありません。私たちのそばの実は、肥料は一切使わずに育ったオーガニック農法です。
グルテンを含まないフリーのそば粉100%
グルテンを摂取しないダイエットは人気があります。そば粉、それ自体はグルテンは含有されていません。しかし、そばは、小麦をつなぎで混ぜるのでグルテンが含まれることになります。同じように、私たちのガレットはそば粉100%ですから、グルテンは含有されていません。

② Recipe development based on local specialties.

Organic Galette

 

Gluten Free: Buckwheat 100%

Recently, Gluten-free diets have become popular. Buckwheat itself is gluten free. However, soba is not completely gluten free. The reason is that in the process of making soba, wheat flour is added. Our galette is gluten free. Our galette is 100% buckwheat which means it is gluten-free.

 

Our Buckwheat

Soba seed, in other words, buckwheat, grows in poorly drained soils and should not be grown on heavy or droughty soils. Most growers do not fertilize buckwheat due to its modest fertility needs. Our buckwheat is grown organically with no fertilizer at all.

③海外への発信
日本のインバウンドは、近年世界的に急成長を遂げ、日本経済の成長の柱となっています。日本政府は、観光は我が国の成長戦略の柱、地方創生への切り札であるという認識の下、拡大する世界の観光需要を取り込み、世界が訪れたくなる「観光先進国・日本」への飛躍を図ることとしています。訪日外国人旅行者数を、2020年までに2000万人目標を4000万人まで拡大しました。
　一方、静岡県は外国人観光客の宿泊者数を230万人にする目標を掲げていましたが、2014年の174万人をピークに減少が続いています。私たちは、浜松市の中山間地域の魅力を伝えることで、多くの外国人を誘致します。

③Introduction of Japanese culture in peripheral and rural areas to foreign countries

It’s necessary to think globally. We promote the Inbound Tourism Project. Japan’s inbound tourism has increased in recent years and is among the fastest growing tourist destinations in the world. This is one of the main engines for Japan’s recent economic growth. Japan achieved its target of 20 million annual tourists set for 2020 five years early and has set its new goal for 2020 at 40 million. Shizuoka prefecture set its target number of 2,310,000 for non-Japanese visitors staying at hotels, but since it reached 1,740,000 visitors in 2014, the number of visitors has been decreasing.　

　We hope that tourism in peripheral and rural areas attracts more non-Japanese tourists to Hamamatsu City.

ハート畑
私たちの畑は、ハートの形をしています。ここでは、そばを中心に、キャベツ、レタス、にんじん、ブロッコリーを育てています。
そばの草木は、茎からたくさんの枝を出し、ハート型の葉を広げ、小さな白い花の房を咲かせます。

 

Our Field

Our heart-shaped field is where we grow buckwheat and other vegetables such as cabbage, lettuce, carrot, broccoli and more. Buckwheat has superficial surface roots, a weak taproot, and reddish stems. Buckwheat seeds are large and dark-colored with triangular shaped sides.

神楽茶屋では、私たちが栽培した野菜から、ガレットを含めて様々な料理を提供します。

In the KAGURA Café, we offer various dishes from our farm products including galette.

勝坂バンガロー：Cottage

KATSUSAKA Cottage

This cottage is for the participants and is set next to our farm.

Each room has a Japanese style bedroom and a living room with a hearth that you can sit around and be warmed by the fire. The room is also equipped with a small kitchen and a private bathroom fitted with a shower.

神の水

神楽舞の奉納される清水神社の脇に湧き出す「神の水」
年間を通じて枯れることなく湧き出しており、その色は透き通ってとても美しい。触ればとても冷たい。その名は、その昔、この土地の地頭であった天野氏を討伐するために、この地を訪れた徳川家康が喉の渇きを潤し、その水の美味しさに喜んで、この尽きない湧き水を詠んだことに由来する。

Water Deity (God)

There is a natural spring near Shimizu Shrine. Water flows from this spring all year long. The water is so clear and beautiful and it is very cold. The water deity (God) is named after a haiku composed by Ieyasu Tokugawa who visited Katsusaka to subjugate Amano during the Edo period. On his way back, he drank the spring water and was so impressed with the taste that he composed a haiku to express his gratitude and joy and called this spring water Water of Deity (God).
